Business development is a question of uncovering innovative business areas and developing measures that enable companies to position themselves across the spectrum for the future. However, as many companies haven\u2019t yet sufficiently exploited their potential or don\u2019t perceive market impulses in time or at all, there\u2019s a need for structured and planned procedures in order to orchestrate internal control mechanisms more optimally.<\/p>

In the area of business development, we work alone or with our clients on long-term projects to expand new business areas or develop existing business areas. Tellmann Consulting GmbH has played a major role in the commercial, sales and tourism development of the 50% shareholding (ELG Eco Lodges GmbH) as part of a business development project. Eco Lodges operates and markets the nineteen water villas of the Floating Village Brombachsee all year round. Within the framework of this project, we have developed holiday homes on the lake into four-star water villas with the services of a hotel.<\/p>

With an exclusive concept, MICE events are held on the water for leisure and corporate clients. For a US client, we built and implemented a telecommunications hub in the European Union within a few months. International procurement, consistent negotiations, sophisticated logistics on land, sea and air, and a smart distribution network were the success factors. Time is money! Within one year, we procured more than 300,000 mobile phones and sold and shipped them to all continents.<\/p>

In January 2010, Haiti was rocked by a dramatic earthquake. A large part of the telecommunications infrastructure was destroyed. Within a few days, Tellmann Consulting was able to provide a high five-digit number of mobile phones. As the goods were very valuable, secure transport via the Miami and the Dominican Republic was organised and carried out.
